Hi Ed, You didn’t say whether this person is using Gmail on a PC on on an IOS device with the native mail asp. On my iPhone I have my mail app set to always bcc myself so that regardless of whether I’m sending to an individual or a group I always see a copy of the outgoing message land in my inbox. If that’s what she’s using and what she wants, she can go into Settings > Mail, and then, under the Composing heading, turn on Always Bcc Myself. Hope that helps. ‘Tom
