Hi! Vicki: If you are using the iPhone, then go into the settings app click on general, then go to software update. And you can update that way. If you’re settings app is on your main screen, just go in to it if you are swiping across the screen, and your screen reader or voiceover is reading going down the screen and it hits the Settings app sometimes it will tell you if there is an update other times you may have to go in and find it. Again, just going to General, and your settings app go to software update, and tap on it, and you will find the iOS update their. Just tap on the update, and let it download and just follow the instructions. I just downloaded the new iOS now and I had no problems.
