Yes, it exists, yes, it does work with the iPhone although strictly speaking I don't even think you need a smartphone since when you sign up you get the Google Glasses and an AT&T MyFi device, it generates a small WiFi network and all the data you need for the service comes from this not from your phone's data plan.
