Hello: I am having a problem when I attempt to play a message from voicemail. When I hit the play button, a transcript appears, which I'd like to get rid of. I looked in settings and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. The transcript makes it difficult to hear the actual voice message. Is anyone having this problem and is there a solution?
