Nancy, I didn't see any responses to your enquiry. So I thought I would respond. I just found out from my sun that if your phone is locked, the screen will be blank so, if you have an access code in or a finger print in to unlock your phone once it is unlocked the screen should be visible again. I know in previous issues of IOS if the screen curtain was turned on your screen would be blank too. So, I know in previous issues you could tap with 3 fingers to turn the screen curtain on and do the same to turn it off. Hopefully one of these suggestions works.
