Kimberly, You are in tutorial mode. When you open the app, are you in a blank document or do you have buttons on the screen like Braille keyboard, mail, etc. If you have the buttons, find the settings button and go through them because you probably need to make other choices. If you've been in the settings, nearly the last item is tutorial mode, turn that off. You can also choose to have UEB which is the last item in settings. HTH, Richard
