As soon as I selected all the text I had written, cut it and pasted it to the correct field and then went back and put in a a short title in the first field the submit buttom was available. It maintains the format of the original text more than other OCR apps and since KNFB Reader ignores all formatting, it is my go to app for scanning whole pages. I just tried to enter a review in the app store for KNFB Reader and the Write a Review button did nothing. My sighted wife, with VoiceOver off, couldn't activate the button either.
