Subject: do not disturb, what is the entire story?
Dear listers,
Since ios 6, we can now keep calls from coming through, if we need that. But
how do I handle the situation where I want to use my alarm on the phone to
wake me up? While I'm sleeping, I only want the alarm to sound, and no calls
at all, no app sounds at all, other than my wake up alarm. Is this possible?
Setting the mute switch to off, will that also surpress the alarm? Does do
not disturb mode have anything to do with this? What is the complete story
here? I don't quite understand this yet, and to wake up, I stil use my old
Nokia. I'd like to use my iphone for it though. Any additional explanation
is appreciated.
Paul.
