Hello Feliciano, I cannot reproduce your bug on my 8 Plus running the latest version of iOS 11.
I can toggle the alarms on and off and the settings take effect, perfectly. I can also easily dismiss an alert, in the same way I have done in all previous versions of iOS. I have set alarms to go off at a certain time throughout the week (Mon-Fri) When disabling a 5:00Am, 5:15AM or 5:30AM alarm from turning on, the alarm does not toggle off or on. I find myself closing the clock app from the app switcher and reopening it in order for it to work. It has gotten to the point that I have to command Siri to enable or disable such alarm that I have saved. In effort to remedy the problem, I have tried hard reset, and reset all settings with no success.
