Hi, there are many to choose from. I'd personally go with Google Voice
or GV Connect. This means you would sign up for a Google Voice number
and if you have one of those, you can text from a web page, or from
these apps. There are also apps like TextMe, TextFree, ETC which all
give you a new number but the apps themselves usually have many ads to
deal with.
