Here are the things I would do to try and fix this in the order I would do them:
1. Reboot your phone, e.g. turn it completely off and back on 2. if that doesn't help Remove and re-insert the SIM card and then reboot 3. If that still doesn't fix it go to Settings > Reset and Reset Network Settings. If none of the above doesn't fix your No Service issue I would first check with your carrier to make sure everything is OK with your account and if it is I'd go to an Apple Store because there is a good chance something might be wrong with your iPhone's hardware.
