John, If you have an account for Dropbox or OneDrive, you could simply transfer the Voice Memo files to one of these services. If you don’t have an account, these services are extremely useful as a blind person. These two cloud services in particular are highly accessible. To transfer, choose the Voice Memo you wish to transfer by opening it. Double tap the share button on the bottom of the screen. If you have the Dropbox or OneDrive apps installed on your phone and are signed in, these services will appear in the list of options where you can share the file. Double tap one of them and iOS then walks you through the process of uploading it to OneDrive or Dropbox.
