What is Apple PPay Cash? If that is the same as person-to-person payments than 
I thought it said in the article from Applevis that it was now available in the 
US?

Apple Pay Cash has not yet been activated on this release.  I will continue to 
wait to upgrade to iOS 11 until Apple delivers upon what it promised at WWDC.
