Yes, background refresh is disabled, and while I book downloads or not, I haven't been exactly buying lots of those or music. So basically nothing has changed, except the battery drain is greater. When I look in details, it's showing Siri and mail as the big users, which isn't surprising, since that's what I do a lot of. But the drain is definitely more.
