There was an update just now, but it could simply be some internet/network issue. I also just received one of their newsletters today and it doesn't sound like they are going anywhere. I'm sure if you keep trying this will resolve itself, maybe not helpful if you could use some assistance right now, but all I can suggest except maybe try it over cellular data if you were previously on WiFi.
