Hi Richard, My friend is wanting to see L E D lights down to about 1/8 inches in diameter. This is the size that is on things like razors, chargers and other devices.
He has a small hand held light detector but it cost around $60. So I was wondering if there were any light detector app that would work on those small L E D lights.
