Hi Ted, First, go to Wallet, double-click on Apple Pay Cash, and then choose the option to set it up. Then you'll find the option to pay someone in their contact, and Apple Pay as an option when you've started a message to someone in the Messages app. I believe you can also tell Siri to use Apple Pay Cash to send someone money.
