It's not an issue.
It's the way things are now.

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior with the latest you tube
update. With a video playing, when I tap the collapse video button the play
doesn't stop. In order to stop play I have to perform either a two finger
double tap or locate the pause button and double tap it. So I guess the
bottomline is the collapse button isn't working. I'm running the latest iOS on
an iPhone 7.
