Hi M Taylor and all I am hearing reports that you are having trouble activating links using the latest official client from Twitter on your iOS device. Well I have a personal recommendation. Try the paid app Twitterrific which seems to be very popular amongst not only the blind community but also the sighted from what I am reading on Twitter using that exact client. The reason I put "macOS" in the subject is Twitterrific as of recently is also available on that platform and is just as accessible as the iOS counterpart. Happy tweeting!
