Hello all and happy holiday, I am attempting to sync a ring tone that I have renamed as .m4r to my iPhone using iTunes 12.7.2 but I cannot do it. After renaming the file I have selected to open it with iTunes instead of Groove Music for Windows10 but the file is not able to be found anywhere to sync. I have done research on this and was informed that I need to drag the file to the device somehow but I am not sure how this is performed using JAWS 2018 or whether this is accessible. I have also tried adding the file to the library via the open dialog but the file is no where to be found within iTunes. Can anyone help or offer a solution? Thank you in advance for any responses
