Hi, One possibility is that you have muted your phone. There's a small switch on the left side near the top. If you press it up toward the screen, you unmute it. Press it toward the back of the phone to mute.
Another possibility is that your cell connection isn't very strong and the calls aren't going through. I've had that happen on quite a few occasions.
