Hello Fanus, If you're using a Mac, there is an application called Senuti that will allow you to transfer your music from one device to another. Senuti is simply iTunes spelled backwards.
I am not aware of any Windows-based solutions but I am certain that a quick Google search will return some useful suggestions.
