Hi, I submitted a request via their help centre and received a confirmation email, here is the address, you could try to send an email directly to that and see if it works, but it may not: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> The process of submitting a request online (I used the link to their Help Centre provided in the “this email is inactive” which you said you also received was not too difficult with Jaws.
