Hello again list, The subject line says it. For some reason my Plantronics edge Bluetooth earpiece cuts out or back-and-forth between it in my phone. When I place a call it starts out ringing through the earpiece but then switches to the phone when somebody answers. Also, I can be on a call with no problems using the earpiece and then randomly it will cut back to the phone. Can anyone explain why this might be happening and how I can prevent it? It is making calls extremely disruptive and challenging.
