Hi Rob and others,
I have my iphone set to never auto lock. I do that as needed. But,
that does mean one of the apps suggested would be a good way to go.
I enjoy learning about these apps and tols people find work as I never
know when a need might arise.

Well, if you want an announcement every minute, I put the focus on the time in
the status bar, and VO speaks every time a new minute
comes along. So, if it would work for you to figure out when you start your
workout at 10:15, and you want to go for 35 minutes, if
you do this, you know you're done at 10:50, but you'll get an announcement
every minute.

Hi everyone, Apple timer works fine but i would like a timer that tells me
every minute how many minutes there are left to go (i use
the timer for rowing excercise).
There used to be an app called talking timer but that does not seem to work
anymore with ios 11. Has anyome got any recommendations
for other apps?
