Zoom is a good option. All controls are accessible in Microsoft Windows as are the participant lists and chat windows. It has a dial in option. It’s especially good at cross platform operation. You may have fewer control options in IOS, but I think that’s true for anyone using the platform. What you will not have is on screen access to any Power Points or documents shared on the screen. They’re displayed graphically. You would need to ask your associates to send them in advance. It seems to be much easier to set up for video (for sighted persons) and for audio (for anyone). I use the video for presentations and so that other team members can see me and that works pretty smoothly. Hope this helps.

They have an assortment of tech, PCs tablets and so on. They are all sighted. Some of them are not very advanced users of the tech they have. Can anyone recommend a cross platform method of video conferencing that is completely VO friendly? I suspect audio would do, but you know what those sighted people are like. Thanks in advance Adrienne -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
