Hi Amy,

I just set up my Sonos on Friday night, and was having the same issue. 
I actually had to delete the Amazon app, then again tried to authorize Amazon 
for Sonos. This time it sent me to the web, and I was able to sign in and 
authorize. I then had to reinstall the Amazon app. It was a big pain, but it 
worked. 
I’m sure you probably have this fixed.
