Hi Vivian, Please try the following: One. Navigate over to your home screen. Then, be sure to unplug your headphones. Two. Flick or swipe up with two fingers to make VoiceOver start reading all the elements on the screen. Three now, start pushing the volume up button and you should slowly start to hear the voice reading the elements and that should fix your issue. Hope that helps.
