Hi, I tune my 44 string pedal harp using Talking Tuner. My husband found a clip at an office store. I'm not sure what it's called, but it is designed to clip your phone to the vent in the dashboard of a car.
The back of it has 4 little rubberized prongs that can be forced to expand just enough to clip in the sound hole at the back of your harp. This allows you to have the mic end of your phone inside the sound box. When the phone is attached, you can pivot it up to tune the higher strings, and down to tune the lower strings.
