Okay, I think I got it figured out. Here are the steps I used, but if others have a better suggestion I'm all ears. 1. Single finger double tab the folder to open. 2. Single finger double tap & hold, to start edit mode. 3. Swipe to the folder name, & single finger double tap to edit the text field.
