Tap the camera roll as that is a folder with your pictures in. Then there's a button near the bottom called actions, so tap that, then you can go down the list of pictures to tap and select one or two; then go back to the action list at the bottom and say what you want, email, can't remember how it phrases the rest, but it is all the things you need to share, in fact Share might be the first option you need to select before being given the means of sharing text/email/other
