According to Ian the standard gesture to change pages, a 3-finger swipe from the right side of the screen towards the left side, seems to work. This is the same as the gesture you use to change from one Homepage to the next and it is often used after an App is first installed and some informational pages are displayed where you have to make it to the last one of those before you can find an "OK, got it" or "Done" button.
