1Password is good on the iPhone, and they do have a 1Password app for the PC but I think there is a subscription cost involved if you use it on multiple platforms. I have used the 1Password iOS app for several years and have found it very useful and accessible. The free version will let you track log-ins, secure notes, identities, and credit cars. There is a $10 in-app purchase which lets you enter other categories, like wireless router information, specific passwords, driver's license/state ID information, and other things. Anytime I create or update a password, I will go into 1Password and enter that information.
