Hi, I have had no luck whatsoever either. I didn’t know it had its own ap. Is this different than the regular USPS app? I signed up when it first became available and have tweeted at them numerous times regarding the lack of accessibility of this and have received no response (sad face). Take good care, Robin

This is a service where in addition to tracking packages you also get a list of the mail that will arrive in your mailbox every day. I figured it would be a help to at least have an idea if I even care to scan the mail in the box or just shred it grin! Unfortunately using chrome and firefox on the pc and using the informed app on the iPhone I have yet to find a way to read the scanned image. I can't download the image on the pc or read it and I can't read it or share it with another app on the iPhone. Has anyone done this successfully? IF so please share your wisdom. Thanks in advance.
