this is something you might have to report. btw, another blind person here in the phoenix area tried to use the safeway site with abysmal results. they were fully accessible before the design change 3 weeks ago.
btw, you might want to send a note to [email protected] (one of the attorneys who negotiated the 2013 settlement agreement).
