I could not find how to do this from the mobile Facebook site, but here's how to do it from the main Facebook page: Click on account settings Click on Privacy Settings. Find the header: Blocked People and Apps click Manage Blocking. Next to the header Block app invites, enter the name or email address of the person you want to stop receiving app invites from. People will not be notified when you block them.
