3 devices just as with all Logitech keyboards which support multiple devices. The nice thing with the K780 is that when it comes to using it with a PC your PC doesn't even have to have bluetooth, the K780 also includes a stamp-size USB dongle which you simply insert into a USB port on your PC and it is already pre-paired with the keyboard. This dongle is stored in the battery compartment of the keyboard. As to what it costs I suggest you check Amazon in your country or large electronics stores such as Best Buy, Target or Walmart, I am in Canada so it wouldn't make much sense for me to quote me what I paid for it especially since I got lucky and bought it when it was on a great sale at Best Buy Canada.
