The Applevis site is still your best choice for finding out about
accessible apps. There's really no way for you to get the app store to
limit search results to accessible apps. However, there are curated
collections of accessible apps. One of these is specific to apps which
support VoiceOver. The other includes apps with support for other
accessibility features.

To get to these curated collections, go into the app store and double-tap
on the "apps" tab along the bottom. Once you've in the "apps" area, you
need to find the "quick links" heading. The quickest way to to this is by
touching the bottom left tab but not double-tapping it. Next, flick left
until you come across the "accessible apps" or "apps supporting VoiceOver"
links. Alternatively, you can start from the top of the screen and turn
your rotor to headings. Flick down through the headings until you come to
"quick links". Next, flick right though these links until you come to the
accessibble apps or apps supporting VoiceOver collections. Double-tap on
the one you want. You can then read a short blurb at the top and go through
a curated list of apps which are known to be accessible. Just be aware that
this is nowhere near a complete list. I haven't seen the list updated much
at all. Like I said, a visit to the Applevis site is a much better and more
complete list of accessible apps. I've asked Apple to add the ability to
filter apps for accessibility but have never received an answer. Hope that
helps.
