Here a couple of comments regarding what Mark and Marie said. First, Mark, I found you have to be careful because at least here if the other party already hung up by the time I press the middle button of the remote the call may have switched over automatically back to the original caller and it wouldn't be the first time that I hung up on the original caller because I pressed the middle button of the remote thinking I would switch but in fact the call had just beccome active so in essence I hung up on the original caller. Marie, the swap button is an option, but again, if you tap it while the other call is still active you are in fact no hanging up on that first call. Usually I make sure I end the first call, then I find the button which is selected and by unselecting it it connects me back to the first caller. Of course the keypad may be there so you would have to tap on "Hide" in the bottom right corner first before you see all these buttons.
