Have you guys actually used the contact us portion inside the app to contact the developer? If not, you might want to do that. To find the contact us section, go to help and tutorials, use the picker item to flick up with one finger until you land on Contact Us, then flick once to the right and double tap on the Select button. Now double tap on the Submit Suggestion button, this will open up a new email. Give a thorough description of what the issues are that you are having and then send it. Doing it this way let’s the developer know what version of the app that you are having issues with. I know Nick is really working hard on another app that he has so he might not get back to you immediately, but don’t give up, just keep trying.
