My brothers wife had the same thing happen with her phone. She restarted
the phone and it worked as it should.

Two things to check.
One, did the mute switch get flipped down which will silence sounds, but it
will still vibrate.
Two, did you check that Do Not Disturb did not get enabled accidentally?

Today my phone has stopped ring it just vibrates. Have gone into sounds and
the old phone is sellected and the volume is 100 percent. What else can I
do.
Also when the Mail app it vibrates when I go into it. I do not remember it
doing that before.
I hope somebody can help as I missed several calls today.
