Adrian et al, I have been an ooTunes fanatic since 2013 and been able to find a number of “Old Time Radio” streams that enjoy daily. I don’t typically use the app for “traditional radio listening,” but rather use this app to pick up all time favorites such as “Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar,” the radio version of “Gunsmoke,” comedy programs such as “The Great ,” “Our Miss Brooks,” “Fibber McGee & Molly,” “The Jack Benny Program” and “The Burns & Allen Show.” Frequently, you can find excellent programs such as “The Lux Theater” and drama programming such as “Suspense,” “Escape,” “The Whistler” and more.
I dare say, that radio programming is so much better than most of the garbage that passes for “entertainment” on today’s TV offerings. I’m not a prude by any means, but I simply do not find the modern loose standards to be humorous nor entertaining.
