Hi Karen, I think to receive all the channels, you have to update, to iOS 11, or iOS 11.3 as it is now.

I use the document channel a lot and have about a 95 percent success rate with it reading the entire document. The times it doesn't, I've found that either the lighting is bad, or I'm not holding the phone correctly, or the printing is not very good. The key with the document channel is that you have to hold the phone quite level, have the camera pointed more or less at the center of the page, and have it about 18 inches above the page. Plus, you need a clear contrast between the document and the surface the document is sitting on so Seeing AI can find the edges of the document. If the Product channel is working some of the time, try and figure out exactly what you did those times because that is when you got the focus on the barcode at the right spot. I find unless there are specific reasons to use the barcode over just knowing what something is, TapTapSee is another good choice and sometimes faster than trying to find the barcode.
