Hi Steve, yOu might have turned on VoiceOVer Navigation, which makes the digital crown flick through items on the screen instead of perform its normal functions. To find out triple-tap with two fingers. VoiceOver will say, "Digital crown navigation on" or "Digital crown navigation off." You can repeat the command if necessary to togggle navigation on or off.
