Yes, it attaches to the cap. What have you found not satisfactory about them? I just got my first batch of prescriptions, and they work fine for me? The pharmacist recorded the medication name, strength and dosage instructions. It is true that with ScriptTalk, you also get the prescription number, expiration date, and phone numbers for the doctor and the pharmacy, but no pharmacy I could use through my insurance uses ScriptTalk.
