Hello, Yes, you can use Dropbox to import into Dolphin Easy Reader. I just did it with an ePub. You locate the book in Dropbox, flick up or down until you reach Export, and then double-tap. You may need to double-tap Open In to get Easy Reader to show up as an option. Then choose Easy Reader, and the book is imported. You can also use the Files app to import files.
