Chuck, this reminds me of how we have cox tv, phone and internet, and the
other day we found out on the apple vis site about the 2 cox apps the cox
connect and the cox contour apps and we installed both of the. Now we could
listen to tv on the phone easily.

When I first got Direct tv on my phone, I couldn't hear anything. One day
I hit a volume switch and it played perfectly.
Under settings, then preferences. Their is a switch for mute on launch.
