I have this app and it is still working for me just as it always has. I am using IOS 11.3 on an iPhone 5 SE.

I’ve been using the chime app for several years and it has worked flawlessly. However, it has now totally quit. I’ve done both types of reset and uninstalled and re-installed the app. Everything is set correctly in notifications also. Someone once talked about a re-set which was either re-set all settings or re-set network settings, I can’t remember which. They said that that particular re-set fixed a lot of whacky problems. Could someone refresh my memory and explain the difference and what might be lost with each type of re-set? Thanks as always for any help. God bless!
