Trivit to Lift the eggs off the bottom so there's no direct conntact between 
egg and heat source.  If you presuurise,  let pressure 
down slowly or eggs could explode.  Same as in a microwave if inside gets past 
boiling.
We shell ours and call them poached.

Sorry folks   it is slightly  off topic.  But do you need a trivet for hard 
boiling eggs?   I checked somewhere and the blogger said 
put the eggs on Trivet.
