I am going to assume you have tried the old stand by of shutting down, then 
restarting your phone. A lot of times when things like this happen, restarting 
your phone will fix it. If this does not fix it, go to settings, general, and 
to reset, wich is the last one. Be careful which one you reset, but reset 
network settings. You will have to reestablish your wifi connection, and the 
name of your phone if you have changed it, but all the network settings will be 
returned to default, and the cellular settings will be reestablished 
automaticly when your phone restarts. If this doesn't fix it, call your 
carrier, something might be wrong on their end.
